What's in a bundle?
Lite + TV pairs Paragon TV with Streaming Lite. Ultimate pairs Paragon TV with Streaming Premium and Paragon Books. Each bundle is one service with one renewal date, and you get separate logins for TV and streaming. Compare bundles.
Which plans have a free trial?
Paragon TV, Streaming Lite and Premium Emby, each for 24 hours. Paragon Books and P Share have no trial.
What do I need to watch live TV?
An Android TV box, Fire TV, smart TV, phone or computer with TiviMate, IPTV Smarters or any M3U player. Your login arrives by email, and the setup guides walk you through each app.
What counts as a connection or a stream?
One screen playing at a time. TV plans and bundles include 1 to 5 TV connections; Lite and Premium include 3 or 5 streams. See connection limits.
Can I switch to a bundle later?
Yes. You can add TV connections from your account and keep your login and renewal date. To move from a plan to a bundle, open a support ticket and we'll explain your options; we reply usually within 12 hours.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Card, PayPal or crypto at checkout. Cancel in your account before renewal and access continues until the paid period ends. Completed payments are not refunded.
