Completed payments aren't refunded. If you're not sure yet, start with a free trial or a monthly term.
Which plan should I start with?
For live channels, Paragon TV. For movies and series, Streaming Lite if you watch mostly popular titles, Premium if you want the full library and 4K HDR remux. If you want TV and streaming, a bundle puts both on one bill and one renewal date.
How do I pay?
Card, PayPal or crypto. Checkout shows the full price and renewal date before you pay.
How do I cancel?
Cancel future renewals from your account at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the term you paid for. Completed payments aren't refunded, so if you're unsure, start with a free trial or a monthly term.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can add TV connections from your account and keep your login and renewal date. To move between plans, open a support ticket and we'll explain your options; we reply usually within 12 hours.
Do longer terms really cost less?
Yes. Each row in the price table shows the monthly equivalent under the total. On Lite, Premium and Books, yearly works out cheapest per month.
Can I use one login for everything?
Not quite. Paragon TV has its own login for TV apps, movie and series plans have one for Emby, Jellyfin or P Share, and Books has a library login. They're all on your service pages in one account.
